Multi-Specialty Medical Camp, TP Gudur village, under Family Adoption Programme

Department of Community Medicine organized a Multispecialty free medical camp in TP Gudur village at Narayana Primary Health Centre under Family Adoption Programme for phase 1 MBBS 2021 batch on 24-09-2022 from 9.00am to 4.00pm. The camp was inaugurated by the Dean Dr. S P Rao and Medical Superintendent, Dr B Hariprasad Reddy.

About 500 patients attended the camp. Lab investigations like blood grouping and typing, hemoglobin estimation, urine protein, urine sugar and blood sugar estimation were done free of cost. All the patients were given prescribed drugs free of cost.

Doctors from General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, OBG, Pediatrics, DVL, Ophthalmology, ENT and Narayana Dental College provided their services. The camp was also attended by Community Medicine interns, Community Medicine Faculty and Postgraduates, NSS volunteers.
