Dr. Mohanasankar Sivaprakasam, working as Associate Professor in Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Madras and also heading the Healthcare Technology Innovation Centre (HTIC), a joint initiative of IIT Madras & Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science and Technology (http://www.ee.iitm.ac.in/~mohan/) was invited by Narayana Medical Institutions to deliver a lecture on “Innovations in Healthcare” on 06/08/2016. He enlightened us with his marvelous speech by unraveling the unexplored areas in innovative health care technologies.

The lecture was well received and there was good interaction with him by our faculty and administration. Various research proposals were discussed to strengthen the Institute to create an impact and special niche in the frontiers areas of health care research at global level.
