Instructions for Check-up
•  Please come on an empty stomach (No Tea/Coffee in the morning before the test)
•  For Ultra Sound Scanning drink plenty of water. Do not pass urine.
•  Men have to shave the hair at chest for Treadmill test.
•  Please Report by 8:30 AM for all Check-ups
•  Patient Care executive at front office will guide you.
•  The whole procedure will take 6 to 8 hours including consultation. Kindly co-operate us.
•  Any Enquires kindly contact us.

For Women

•  Pregnant women should not get X-ray done
•  It is advisable not to undergo any Health Check-up during your menstrual cycle.
Give your heart a workout
Schedule programme of aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, running or swimming at least thrice a week for 30 minutes, reduce obesity.
Say ‘yes’
Vegetables and fruits, lean cuts of meat, chicken without skin, fish and brown bread.
Control Diabetes
Check for diabetes today, particularly if there is family history. If you have diabetes, keep it under check as it multiplies your risk of heart disease.
Cut Cholesterol
Cholesterol and triglycerides are best controlled through a strict diet, low on saturated fats such as organ meats, fatty meats and egg yolk. Avoid butter and cheese.
Reduce Stress
Chronic stress can increase the risk of heart. Spend time with yourself and do things that happy. Sleep well.
