Please come on an empty stomach (No Tea/Coffee in the morning before the test) For Ultra Sound Scanning drink plenty of water. Do not pass urine. Men have to shave the hair at chest for Treadmill test. Please Report by 8:30 AM for all Check-ups Patient Care executive at front office will guide you. For Women Pregnant women should not get X-ray done It is advisable not to undergo any Health Check-up during your menstrual cycle. |

Schedule programme of aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, running or swimming at least thrice a week for 30 minutes, reduce obesity. |
