  • Emergency registration is completed promptly and free of charge.
  • Dedicated teams from Medicine, Surgery, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology are available.
  • Resident doctors, nursing staff, paramedics and support staff provide continuous emergency care.
  • Serious cases receive treatment priority over administrative formalities.
  • Specialists and super-specialists are called whenever required.
  • A fully equipped Emergency Operation Theatre is available for urgent surgeries.
  • Modern equipment including monitors, ventilators, nebulisers, defibrillators, central oxygen and suction facilities are available.
  • Emergency investigations such as Blood Biochemistry, Urine Analysis, Blood Gas Analysis, ECG, USG and X-Ray are available 24ร—7.
  • CT Scan and MRI facilities are available within the hospital campus on payment basis.
  • Medicines and surgical supplies are readily available in the Casualty Department.
  • Wheelchairs, patient trolleys, waiting areas, toilets, telephones and canteen facilities are provided.

  • OPD registration cards are issued free of cost at the registration counter.
  • Patients referred from tertiary and other hospitals must also register.
  • Registration cards remain valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
  • Patients have the right to consult any doctor or consultant.
  • Prior appointments may be obtained through the concerned OPD.
  • Patients are generally seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Senior citizens and emergency cases may receive priority consultation.
  • Specialty clinics operate as per schedules displayed at OPD and enquiry counters.
  • Consultants guide patients regarding investigations and laboratory procedures.
  • Sample collection facilities for blood, urine and stool are available on the Ground Floor.
  • Sample collection timings: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Investigation reports should be collected as per the date and time specified.
  • Nominal charges apply for investigations and proper receipts are issued.
  • Certain investigations may be scheduled for future dates depending on workload.
  • Urgent investigations can be prioritized upon recommendation by the treating doctor.
  • Facilities available include ECG, Plaster Services, Injections, Immunization, Contraception and MTP Services, Minor Procedures, Physiotherapy, Bronchoscopy and Endoscopy.
  • Admission decisions are made by the treating consultant based on bed availability.
  • Emergency admissions may be considered out of turn.
  • Wheelchairs and patient trolleys are available free of charge.
  • Parking facilities are available at designated paid parking areas.
  • A medical shop is located adjacent to the Casualty Department.

Comprehensive Inpatient Care

Quality inpatient services are delivered through multidisciplinary teams under the supervision of experienced faculty members.

  • Additional charges may apply for specific procedures, surgeries and investigations.
  • Resident doctors and nursing staff are available round the clock.
  • Treatment is supervised by qualified faculty members.
  • Hospital attendants assist with inpatient care activities.
  • Intensive Care Units, ISU and Nursery units are equipped with advanced technology.
  • Facilities include ventilators, monitors, nebulisers, incubators and defibrillators.
  • Generator backup ensures uninterrupted patient care.
  • Bed linen is changed during admission and thereafter on alternate days, or whenever necessary.
  • Food is served twice daily to admitted patients.
  • Destitute patients receive medicines and surgical supplies free of cost, and hospital charges are waived.
  • Modern operation theatres support both major and minor surgeries.
  • Routine surgeries are scheduled according to departmental waiting lists.
  • Visitors are permitted only during designated visiting hours.

  • A licensed Blood Bank operates 24ร—7 within the hospital.
  • Facilities include blood donation, storage and issue of blood components.
  • Strict screening procedures are followed to prevent transfusion-related infections.
  • Blood is generally issued on an exchange basis.
  • Patients requiring blood should arrange suitable healthy donors.

  • Help maintain cleanliness within the hospital premises and surroundings.
  • Cooperate with security personnel and produce visitor passes whenever requested.
  • Help maintain order, discipline and peace inside the hospital.
  • Use hospital facilities responsibly and avoid damaging hospital property.
  • Do not engage in money transactions with touts or unauthorized persons.
  • The hospital is a NO SMOKING ZONE. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the campus.
  • Refrain from demanding undue favours from hospital staff and officials.
  • Extend courtesy and respect to healthcare workers and fellow patients.
  • Provide useful feedback and constructive suggestions to help improve services.
